Alignment and Nattoku-kan

Alignment and 納得感(Nattoku-kan)

If I don't have 納得感 for the goal, I don't want to follow the vision. It sounds like 納得感 involves a deeper sense of personal alignment with a decision or goal. Without this feeling, you might not be fully committed. Nice word, "alignment". Alignment is kind of nattoku-kan. My personal vision and the company or organization or team's vision should be aligned.
