In this step, you read the book from beginning to end without stopping at the speed that you think appropriate.

By the word "reading," many people imagine "reading through." In that meaning, this step is "reading the book." Many people think we must read through the book. They feel anxiety without reading through. This step is the antidote for the anxiety.

From the standpoint that "reading must be reading through," the Whole Mind System is a way to prepare a lot before reading. From the standpoint that "we do not need and have time to read through," this step is just a supplement.
