>本研究では知識創造過程を支援するための方法「知識の液状化と結晶化（Knowledge Liquidization & Crystallization）および，知識創造過程を支援するためのシステム「Knowledge Nebula Crystallizer（KNC）」を提案・構築し，ユーザスタディを通して評価を行った．従来知識創造に関していくつかの理論が提唱され，それらは多くの企業の知識管理に対する考え方に影響を与えてその重要性が理解されるに至ったが，現実にはその理論を具体的に実務に適用する方法が提示されておらず，実際に知識創造のためには何をすればよいのかが分からないという問題が生じている．そこで本研究では，知の共有から協創への実際的な道筋を示すべく，実際に広告会社との共同研究を通してイベント設計過程を題材として知識創造過程の支援という問題に取り組んだ．本稿では提案・構築した方法とシステムおよびユーザスタディの分析結果を述べる．

> The aim of this research is to develop a method and a system to apply the theories for knowledge creation to human practices. Though a number of theoretical and practical studies on knowledge creation have been conducted both by researchers and by business-practitioners, practical methods for knowledge creation, i.e., for connecting the theoretical frameworks with the real world knowledge creation are still required. In this paper, the developed method named “Knowledge Liquidization & Crystallization”, and a system named “Knowledge Nebula Crystallizer (KNC)” are described. They were applied to the actual exhibition design processes as an exemplar of knowledge creation, in co-operation with a Japanese advertising company. The effectiveness of the method and system has been examined through user studies and discussions with the professional designers.
